At Longhorn Imaging, we provide fast, efficient service to attorneys needing image test results to support personal injury claims and lawsuits. We are responsive, easy to work with, and charge far less than most centers – as much as just a third of the prices at many hospital imaging centers. As a personal injury attorney, you don’t have the time to wait weeks for results. Our professional process allows us to deliver results, often within hours or a few days – not the weeks you might experience elsewhere.

Longhorn Imaging is a unique imaging center, established to deliver the highest level of patient comfort and care. Clients visiting our center are often in pain, worried, and dread the experience. Rather than sending a client to an imaging center that is intimidating, clinical, and treats them like “just another number,” they can feel comfortable and cared for at our center.

Our image testing procedures at Longhorn Imaging

If you have a personal injury client requiring supporting evidence for an injury claim, we deliver a range of advanced image testing services, including:

  • MRI: An MRI test can reveal the extent of soft tissues injuries far more successfully than an X-ray or CT scan. A scan, when performed with our advanced system, could significantly increase the value of a case, often supported by other imaging tests. MRI tests may not require being ordered by a doctor, and could be scheduled by a personal attorney when needed.
  • Weight-Bearing MRIs: At Longhorn Imaging, we perform weight-bearing MRI tests to reveal biomechanical changes in the spinal structure. These tests can be very valuable in filing an injury claim regarding a slip and fall, car accident, or other impact-related injury.
  • Vertebral Motion Analysis: This advanced test builds a video X-ray of the spine while in motion. The test can uncover a pain source due to an injury causing instability in the neck and spine.
  • X-Rays: X-ray images are a critical form of medical evidence to support an injury claim or lawsuit. X-ray images are one of the standard tests performed to identify bone cracks, breaks, and more severe damage.
  • CT Scans: A CT scan (CAT scan) produces detailed images of the body, creating a 3D image of a damaged area, and may be helpful, particularly when combined with MRI images.
  • Ultrasound: An ultrasound test can be one of the most effective tests for supporting medical evidence in a personal injury case. These tests can identify tissue damage that may be missed with other tests.
  • TBI Screening: A traumatic brain injury is often a life-altering event, affecting motor skills, emotions, ability to speak, walk, or work. At Longhorn Imaging, we perform custom TBI screenings for patients who have sustained a head impact and badly need compensation for all damages, and are represented by a personal injury lawyer.
  • Videonystagmography (VNG): A VNG test measures involuntary eye movement. The test could be performed to provide more supporting evidence in cases of injuries to the head, neck, and nerves in the head and neck region.
  • Diffusion Tensor Imaging (DTI): This advanced test identifies microscopic brain damage that may be invisible with an MRI or CAT scan. In an injury case involving a high-velocity impact, when the MRI and CAT scan are normal, this test measures the patterns of water diffusion through the brain tissues, and is used in many closed-head injury cases.
